Shipping Policies Within Contiguous USA

All orders are shipped at a flat rate of $6.00
Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.
We are based in Southern NH; Western USA shipments may take more than five days to arrive.
Shipping fees due to returns are non-refundable.

Thank you for shopping at Rub Me Tender Spices. If your product was unsatisfactory, we will do our best to correct it.

Our spice Rubs can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. We will make an exchange or refund your money.

Please be sure that before you return a product that:

The product must be unused.
The product is in its original packaging.
The product was purchased in the last 15 days, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
We require a proof of purchase or receipt.
Once received and inspected you will be notified that we have your return.
Once your return is approved the return will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Our Spice Rubs are hand blended in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, soybeans, wheat, crustacean shellfish, fish, egg and milk.
Our Spice Rubs do not contain any preservatives. They have a shelf life of two Years.
