Encrusted Green Tea & Mint Haddock

Cook Time:  15-18 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 4 -  5 oz. fillets of Haddock      
  • 2 tablespoons Green Tea & Mint Rub
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degree.

  2. Lightly coat fish with olive oil.  Sprinkle and press Green Tea & Mint Rub on top of the surface of the Haddock to coat.
  3. Bake the Haddock on the middle rack, 15-18 minutes for each inch of fish.

 

** Delicious served alongside roasted vegetables and orzo salad.
