Encrusted Green Tea & Mint Haddock

Ingredients
- 4 - 5 oz. fillets of Haddock
- 2 tablespoons Green Tea & Mint Rub
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degree.
- Lightly coat fish with olive oil. Sprinkle and press Green Tea & Mint Rub on top of the surface of the Haddock to coat.
Bake the Haddock on the middle rack, 15-18 minutes for each inch of fish.
** Delicious served alongside roasted vegetables and orzo salad.
